Mr. Pfluger was the co-founder of Apogee Power and has over 15 years experience with electronics, software services, and technology companies. He was founder and CEO of IN Electronics which provided supply chain management services to OEM customers. He was former Managing Director for PartMiner Inc.'s Silicon Valley division which he launched and which became the fastest growing and most profitable division during which time the company had over 500 employees and several global divisions. He is a founder of Big Wave Technologies and co-founder of Apogee Power. Kurt received his B.A. in Telecommunications from Indiana University.
Mr. Brors holds 18 patents and has authored several technical publications related to semiconductor processing technology. He has developed new materials, process and equipment to make DRAMs 100x faster. Formerly he successfully sold a DRAM technology company, Torrex, to Varian Semiconductor and he has held engineering positions with Motorola, Harris Corp, Genus and Western Digital.
Mr. Cleveland was formerly Director of Memory Design at AMD and was employed there for 20 years. At AMD, Lee was responsible for evaluating memory technology companies and for the development of leading edge memory products. He holds more than 60 patents in memory technology. Formerly he was the Vice President of Engineering at Sipex Semiconductor where he was responsible for test protocol, memory device design and processing. He is a well-known expert in the field of intellectual property and memory design.
Dr. Chen is a professor in the Harvard Physics department and a Rowland Institue Fellow. He is a Director of the Chinese Academy of Science and a cofounder and CTO of Miradia, based in Silicon Valley.
Dr. Schmidt spent 16 years in the semiconductor industry in technical roles with Sharp, TI, Cypress and TSMC. He was the cofounder of Pixel Devices International (acquired by Agilent) and a cofounder of Airify (acquired by Intel). He currently serves as Director of Engineering for Intel's Mobile Products group. He served on the technical team that created the patents held by 4DS on its technology.
With more than 20 years experience in memory products, Mr. Gulachenski is currently the Vice President of the Memory Business Unit at SMART Modular Technologies, a leading independent designer, manufacturer and supplier of memory products to original equipment manufacturers. Previously he served as the VP/General Manager of White Electronic Designs where he spent 16 years developing and manufacturing memory products for the military and high end commercial markets. Mr. Gulachenski currently holds three US Patents and has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Computer Hardware Engineering.

He and Kunical are well-known and respected by polysilicon manufacturers, silicon crystal growers, wafer fabricators, and solar cell manufacturers around the world. His companies' offices and representatives are located in Burbank, CA; Tokyo, Japan; Seoul, Korea; and Beijing, China. Mr. Kunimune's numerous industry contacts worldwide depend on him to provide them with polysilicon material and polysilicon production plant services including the engineering design and consulting services that are essential for their poly-based businesses to succeed.
Mr. Dorrian is a partner at Cross Point Venture Partners. He has served as both CEO and Board Member of several Silicon Valley companies and has in depth experience in M&A and IPOs. Jim received a Bachelors of Arts from Indiana University in Economics and Communications.
