is focused on developing high capacity,
high performance non-volatile semiconductor memory technology and products for use in portable electronic devices such as cell phones, laptops, music players, smart phones and embedded systems that currently rely on existing semiconductor memory.

Our aim is to deliver a new, high capacity memory that works like traditional semiconductor memories but combines the advantages of high-speed, low-cost low power memory and the process and equipment for mass production.
